In no more than 1500 words describe a scenario where multimodal interaction is beneficial. The scenario should be described in terms of the user’s interaction with the system. The description should use some or all of the concepts described in September 29th’s class as a rationale for why the scenario uses multimodality. The scenario does not necessarily have to rely on existing technology but should have a grounding in the real world!
This assignment is worth 5% of the total course work.
Submissions will be accepted electronically via email (murray.crease@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca) or as paper hand-ins. Submissions will not be accepted after the class on October 13th and will be returned in the class on October 18th.
